We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Monterrey's office.
Job Duties
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure all load delivery paperwork is collected on time
- Payments to the drivers
- Calculate drivers payroll for monthly payments
- Review and validate invoices by checking payment authorization, corporate policies and compliance of documentation requirements
- Audit invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness of paperwork / rate agreements
- Work with Dispatch and various outside providers to resolve billing issues.
- Provide weekly feedback to management via progress reports
- Follow-up on outstanding invoices and collect all payments
Requirements
- Business Administration Degree; or Completion of a college program
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including conflict resolution
- Minimum of at least one (1) year of billing/accounts payable/invoicing process experience
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is considered an asset
