Charger logistics invests time and support into its employees to provide them with the room to learn and grow their expertise and work their way up. We are looking for someone to join our IT Support team for Brampton site.
Responsibilities:
- Bring and maintain deep experience and knowledge of endpoint management technologies and collaboration tools such as SCCM/MECM, Intune, Endpoint Manager, AD/AAD, Autopilot, Defender for Endpoint and others
- Serve as a core technical advisor in the assessment, planning and implementation of new endpoint management features and capabilities
- Gather and document requirements from stakeholders in areas of endpoint management strategy. Integrate and align processes and best practices to meet the governance objectives of the stakeholder community within the company
- Support management team with analysis and communication materials related to operational activities
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with technical and business stakeholders
- Design, construct and maintain endpoint management environments/solutions
- Plan and execute an end-to-end implementation of endpoint management workloads
- Maintain a thorough understanding of existing and emerging M365 and related core technologies and administration such as Teams
- Assists with the development of cloud design standards related to unified endpoint management
- Manage and maintain multiple enterprise end user/endpoint environments
- Maintain a highly secure mobile system through proper security configurations
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to establish, communicate, and maintain a reliable and secure endpoint environment leveraging enterprise administration and security tools
- Follow a formal problem management process for incident and problem reporting and resolution
- Support the evolution of unified endpoint platforms through the design and implementation of new service features
- Improve internal efficiency and customers productivity by finding opportunities to optimize existing processes and tools
- Demonstrated ability to develop positive relationships with business and technical stakeholders: enabling and supporting successful project and/or strategy delivery
- Manage requests & incidents via ticketing systems, comprehensively document work
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a modern endpoint environment through cloud based M365 tools including Azure AD, Intune/Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, Defender for Endpoint, etc.
- Intune Admin Experience.
- Microsoft Certification in endpoint management administration and tools is strongly recommended
- Exceptional technical knowledge of M365 applications
- ITIL 4 certification or equivalent coursework is an asset
- Working knowledge of VDI environments including VMWare, Citrix and Windows 365 is an asset
- Understanding of and experience with IT Operations best practice and delivery of service
- Ability to effectively navigate and deliver results in large and complex environments
- Ability to coordinate, prioritize and complete multiple tasks and multiple priorities
- Strong forward thinking, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts and topics in layman’s terms to non-technical stakeholders and build consensus and credibility among diverse stakeholder groups
- Able to work effectively both as an individual contributor and as a team member
- Proven track record of successful requirements gathering and documentation using best practice standards
- Experience with documentation and transfer of knowledge, creation, and maintenance of knowledge
- Experience in a Project Management Office or senior roles in IT project delivery and operational environments is an asset
- Change management/business transformation experience and understanding
